Schedule of Fees

Unlike many organisations, we don't wish to hide behind blank price tags, or leave our customers guessing as to the service costs they will incur. We are very open about our fees and the costs associated with additional functionality.

This schedule of fees should be read in conjunction with our main terms of service.

General Subscriptions

For all plans we offer a 30-day free trial. We do not require your card details in order to provide this. If, after the 30-day period has ended you wish to continue with our services you'll be required to provide card details to begin the billing process.

All subscription plans include access to all core functionality on the platform as outlined in the features and functionality tables at the point of account creation. Some accounts may receive enhanced versions of this functionality (such as more detailed reports, or the ability to provision custom domains).

Where features and functionality incur additional charges you will be required to opt-into that functionality and agree to the individual terms provided for those features.

Lite Subscription

Our lite subscription is designed for smaller clubs, syndicates, or groups with 1 aircraft.

• Price: £29 per month (£299 annually)
• Maximum aircraft: 1
• UK Card transactions: 4.0% per transaction (minimum £0.40)
• Non-UK Card transactions: 5.9% per transaction (minimum £0.60)
• Fund withdrawals: Weekly, no charge
• Disputes: £35 per dispute
• Cross currency payment fees: 2%
• Cross border payout fees: up to 3%

Standard Subscription

Our standard subscription is designed for smaller rental groups or training schools with up to 10 aircraft.

• Price: £69 per month (£699 annually)
• Maximum aircraft: 10
• UK Card transactions: 3.0% per transaction (minimum £0.40)
• Non-UK Card transactions: 4.9% per transaction (minimum £0.60)
• Fund withdrawals: Weekly, no charge
• Disputes: £35 per dispute
• Cross currency payment fees: 2%
• Cross border payout fees: up to 3%

Premium Subscription

Our premium subscription is designed for larger training organisations or schools that require much more involved support and management of their account from the Volanti team.

• Price: £199 per month (£1999 annually)
• Maximum aircraft: 20
• UK Card transactions: 2.0% per transaction (minimum £0.40)
• Non-UK Card transactions: 3.9% per transaction (minimum £0.60)
• Fund withdrawals: Weekly, no charge
• Disputes: £35 per dispute
• Cross currency payment fees: 2%
• Cross border payout fees: up to 3%

Enterprise Subscription

Our enterprise subscription caters to large multi-site organisations that have bespoke needs, complex setups, or require managed onboarding, support, and operations from the Volanti team. The below is indicative of the pricing structure we offer, however contracts and pricing at this tier often result in negotiated rates based on payment volume and organisation size.

Volanti4Good Discount

We recognise that for some charitable and community organisations that our pricing may be a barrier to usage. Wherever possible Volanti will attempt to offer charitable causes that align with our ethos and vision discounts of up to 90% on the monthly subscription cost of a standard plan.

Negotiated Rates

The subscription and payment fees outlined above our are our sticker prices for services. For none-standard financial setups, or organisations of specific sizes, we may offer bespoke pricing. Where bespoke prices have been offered, these should always be used in place of sticker prices within these terms.
